I still get the "407 Proxy Authentication Required" error when trying to set email id and password. I checked the proxy settings in IntelliJ general section and also downloaded all the plugins list under plugin section to verify the proxy settings are working just fine. Version 1.1.1 of the APIdoc plugin fixes the problem.
